At Massage Therapy Eugene, we strive to provide high quality, affordable care to every body. In order to maintain our competitive advantage, we offer time of service discounts for payments rendered by the client on, or before, the date of service. We also offer massage therapy memberships, which provide an even greater discount based on the frequency of massage that you wish to receive. Below you will find a listing for Michael Friedman LMT's rates and discounts for Members and Non-Members. In general, Massage Therapy is billed in 15 minute increments, but typical sessions last 30 minutes, 60 minutes or 90 minutes. Also, please note that for insurance billing, motor vehicle accidents and workman's comprehensive coverage claims, no time of service discounts will be applied as insurance companies generally do not pay until after the services are rendered, and therefore we bill at the rate that is set by Oregon Workman’s Compensation laws. If you have insurance coverage that pays for massage, you cannot combine it with a membership to reduce your co-pay. Co-pays are deducted from the total billed to your insurance provider and are predetermined by your policy. *Prices listed are a discount for cash payment at the time of service. If payment is not rendered in full at the time of service you shall be billed at the standard rate. The standard rate is determined by Oregon Administration Rules and we bill in units of treatment in accordance with Oregon Medical Fee’s and Payment Rules published by the Department of Consumer and Business Services Worker’s Compensation Division. A Unit of Treatment for Massage or Manual Therapy is $50/unit, which is generally considered 15 minutes of treatment delivered to one or more areas by the therapist. All time of service and membership discounts are applied against the standard rate to determine the discounted rate.
** Prices listed are discounted against the standard rate and are only available to contracted members for membership payments made on our before the date of service. Non-payment or late payment may result in charges defaulting to the standard rate. Discounts applied are based on frequency of treatment per month and are for payments made on or before the time of service. No enrollment fee's to join. Set up a monthly recurring charge, or pay in full/partial at time of signing. Early Cancellation Fee may apply. Term length is 12 Months with automatic renewal. See contract for details
